after my friend was banned, i wrote o7 and i was muted for the reaction ooc penalty and i was banned for 10 days for multiple violations in cc, i learned that this rule has just been added, i request that my ban be unblocked. i promise i won't do it again.

This rule was not "just added", you cannot violate same rule over and over again otherwise you get higher punishment.
