1. Commitment to Reviving the Ballas Organization:
I believe I have the qualities to be the leader of this organization. With my experience in the gang world and my deep understanding of the requirements for effective leadership, I am confident in my ability to lead with a balance of kindness and firmness, and the pride of the gang members in being an integral part of the Ballas gang. To ensure that the members of the organization are in safe hands, especially in stressful situations where calm may be necessary, especially after gaining this experience in legal organizations before my passion for illegal organizations including Ballas . While this experience has motivated me to advance to be the leader of this organization, as we develop wisdom, constant cooperation and unwavering commitment, we will achieve greatness and take Ballas to new heights.
2. Passion for leading a strong and inspiring organization:
After observing the ghetto I noticed that the ghettos are well managed but there is a gap in the development of the members in the form of work and their loss of passion and this is an opportunity for them to move forward towards development and growth in building creativity and cooperation as we do not set goals but work to achieve them together as a team and as a ghetto leader I will be supportive so that the member feels confident and I instill in him a sense of purpose while he is there and I will work on their feelings and fears so that they are not subject to manipulation by the street and this enhances the success of the organization and contributes to achieving the aspirations of each individual within it.

Finally, I realized that leading an organization is a big responsibility and I am fully prepared to take on this position and I will make sure to find experienced people to contribute effectively and explain how the organization works, how events are managed and how the rating system works.
