2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-First of all, when I arrived to the city, first of all i learn crime. Start from the vagos . Me with my friends want to rebuild the vagos gang , for past some term i saw vagos can't do well. I can handle new gang members with my best communication skills and taught them their rules
-Secondly, I would like to help all gang member as a leader and want to lead then to the right direction as a leader of them. I have lots of experience from gangs and i know the rules fairly well with the punishments for all these rules.
-Thirdly, the reason for wanting to became a leader of vagos is, want to meet new people and want to lead the ,only here i can get the opportunity to do that .Vagos has been mismanaged lately and has become one of the weakest gangs now and i want to make it the best gang in the city.

> Here will be a best family without toxicity and no rank favoritism in the organization
> Rule break must be led to kick and blacklisted (fair reason)
> There must be great deputies
> Without experienced player will not be able to reach high ranks.
