i am a regular player in en2 and i use a dual monitor setup my setup is laptop based and i use primary display as my external monitor referring to display 1 its a acer 24 inch monitor and during dual screen only the external display which i use is on graphic card rtx 3060 which records pov and desktop capture works as i use nvidia geforce recording software during the pc check on discord i was asked to switch of my primary external monitor (acer 24 inch) and the desktop capture went off in the setting and i was asked to run a game on the laptop monitor and of course the recording software wont respond on the laptop and i was punished for gr rule 6.17 later after this i have a apartment in the city near life invader apartment no 315 which costed me roughly 5m and above and i have worked hard to buy it and the payment is due in 10-12 days i request you to please consider to reduce the ban time as i am a regular player in en 2 and help me save my apartment and the stuff in the closet and i can surely get my pc checked again. please consider this apology and help me recover my account as soon as possible and i have only been banned once for family event for 7 days and i was new in the city after that i have followed every rules in city. please consider this request i am sorry .
