Interesting Leader of the Party (Governor) application and the elections process

In order to apply for leader of the party the following is required:

- Full information about the party and the candidates (including their IDs)
- The program of the party. In this program a minimum of 4 campaign promises is required and should not be AI-generated.
- A list of party members. This list needs to contain a minimum of 20 unique party members. These members all have to sign IC and cannot sign for multiple parties during the same election.
- Party slogan and logo
- The date of the creation of the party
- Criteria to become a member of the party.

The list of partymembers that is included in the application will be used during the elections to make sure the party follows the Election Rules.
These are the members we will keep track of during the election process and they, including the Governor Candidate, are the ones that need to follow all Election Rules.

The program of the party has to contain information about the Ideology, the Purpose, the Objectives and the Pre-election promises.

The minimum positions an applicant has to fill in (with signatures, as party members) are the following ones:
- Two deputy Governors
- The Surpreme Court Justice
- The Attorney General
- The Director of USSS
- The Head of IRS

After the application has been accepted the process to become Governor is as follows:
- The candidate will be interviewed by the curators of Government. This interview needs to be passed in order to become an election candidate.
- In case of only one suitable candidate the Governor will be appointed after the interview.
- In case of 2 or more suitable candidates elections will follow.
- First the candidates will receive time to run a campaign in the city, which ends for all with the public debates.
- The debates will be held the evening before the elections, which usually take place on Thursdays.
- On election day all citizens of Los Santos will get their oppertunity to vote, this takes place in the capitol building.
- The vote last until 21.00, the votes will then be counted by the curators and announced by LifeInvader.
- The winner of the elections will be put on a 24h freeze, in which he can hire his staff. During this freeze no organization actions are allowed, except the hiring of staff.
- When the freeze is over the Governor will start and has to contact LifeInvader for an interview.
