Your RP is completely unrealistic, How would you kidnap your own employee? You cant kill with bio so they will still remember you did this so it doesnt make sense as they can still report you to internal affairs. You dont deserve a bio if you cant think in an RP way.

You are engine blocking him in the middle of the highway aswell then shooting him? trying to taze him out of the car.
