Who we are-

- We the National Guard or ARMY, and are the backbone of the city. We supply all the Legal Organizations with their Weapons, Ammunition and Armor. We protect our base from regular intruders that wish to steal our ammunition.
- We respond to Global requests for help from the other Organizations.
- We regularly get involved with special missions and assist FIB take down criminal gangs and enterprises.
- We regularly patrol the ghetto area and take down people that wish to wreak havoc on the civilians there.
- We host regular events for the people to get involved with. And much more!

Requirements:

• 3+ years residency in the city
• Good English communication
• Clean criminal record
• No face or hand tattoos
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

Divisions
We have 5 divisions in the National Guard. Within those divisions are our regiments. They are the following:

1.Hurman Resources -

• Identifying staffing needs and hiring suitable candidates.
• Organizing training programs for skill enhancement.
• Providing training for development of New Units.
• Managing job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Identifying deserving Unit and promoting them accordingly.

2.Military Police -

• Enforcing Regulations - Upholding military rules to ensure order and discipline.
• Conducting Inspections - Performing trunk, license, bodycam, and armory inspections to ensure compliance.
• Supporting Case Files - Conducting background checks, gathering evidence, and contributing to case files.
• Managing Armory Resources - Inspecting and securing weapons and essential equipment.
• Encouraging Excellence - Rewarding top-performing units weekly to inspire dedication and teamwork.
• Promoting a Positive Work Environment - Offering a great working atmosphere with competitive earnings .

3.SASD -

• Responding to Globals.
• Leading in the Heated Situations.
• Handing Ghetto petrol and making sure it succeed.
• Creating strategies so that we can deal with any situation.

4.Air Force -

• Scouting the area and identifying the threats.
• Transporting the required people.
• Cleaning the Base with any unwated cars.
• Giving Air support for any type of convoy.

5.PR (Public Relations) -

• Events: We host fun, engaging events with awesome rewards that energize and bring people together.
• Creative Projects: Whether brainstorming new event ideas or planning activities, this is your space to think .
• Community Support: We’re the welcoming presence that makes sure everyone feels included and appreciated at each event.

Ranking Structure
Currently there are 30 Ranks in the National Guard. All with progression in mind. From a Military standpoint, these ranks make sense.
