Hope this finds everyone well. I recently passed the FIB interview and was congratulated as the new FIB Director. But afterwards the interview was finished, curators went through their formalities of checking discord servers. I am not a part of any suspicious server or anything that is against GrandRP. The went through the family discords, personal servers and went through almost all the names of the members who were the part of it. So, 3 things that were checked thoroughly which I'd like to state:
1. Family discord chat channel (biz-advertisement from Te$ting family): Basically as far as my understanding goes, people within the family just announce about their businesses and the services that they are providing. This is totally for the family members to know only. (I am not a member of that certain family).
2. Family discord chat channels (related to business and personal fund raising system):
A) Related to business: Same as the previous one. People only posted their own business templates that they use for advertising in club chat or just in general ads. I admit that I had a business and I did post my template and poster as well but that was way long ago (48 hours+) and I already sold my business and don't know anything in the city (at least before the time of my interview I didn't own any business).
B) Personal fund raising system: So here whoever is higher in command or people who own decent property in the city donate some capitals for the new ones to grow within and buy properties as per their liking. After buying they can take their time and pay the money back or resell, gain more and get something new after paying back. NOTE: We do follow everything according to the server rule and we make sure it's not violated or tax evaded. (Curators who were present while checking they clearly went through all of these and I believe you do have the proofs already).
3. A personal discord of Alan Federal: Here, most of the members are either ex administrators of EN2 or just groups of friends. So, here I noticed the most curiosity of the curators because they checked the server twice. They went through every single name in that server and most of them were ex admins, current admins or leaders of organizations or selected for leadership, participants and applicants. I was invited to that server long time ago back when I was EN2 server administrator as well. This seemed like a personal friends server only so I didn't really noticed any violation in there. In addition, I never communicated in the server nor talked to anyone there. (I am just there, it's just a server among hundreds of others that I am in). Here if you need the list of members. (Most of the names that are listed here were checked by curators during my interview).
After all these I was waiting for a dm from the curators as I was told I will be provided with FIB mails link and IC roles but instead I got banned for 'Discord Category'. I got to know that it was because I advertised my business in private discord. Honestly, I only shared my business information in my family discord only which many other people does often. I know there is a rule that we are not allowed to share or promote anything related to offices but I never knew that I cannot promote or share anything about my personal business in the city in my family discord and neither I knew that family discord is considered as 'private discord'.
Kindly correct me if I am wrong, I had no idea or noticed any announcement related to something like that (I only knew about offices). I originally planned to either become FIB director or rejoin admin team and that's the reason why I already sold my business and I don't have big property in the city, I was ready for any of the outcomes. It is fine if the decision is taken correctly, I am not complaining about that, I don't want any trouble with anyone related to my matter because of me. But if I am banned for this then I could've been punished before I was appointed as the Leader of Lifeinvader.
So, based on my previous records, logs and everything I'd only like to request to investigate it forward or just invite me for a check if needed for any confusion. Will be happy to attend.
