2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


SAHP was one of the first organizations I ever joined in the city under Rocky Waters during his leadership and I loved everything about the org and the people. SAHP was a family, not just a workplace and I feel that people lost sight of that. If selected as leader, I will try my absolute hardest to create a loved and respected SAHP where everyone is welcome.

Second, I have plenty of amazing ideas which will enhance the level of roleplay within the organization, especially since I feel that the level of RP in SAHP has massively decreased compared to how it was when I started in the city. SAHP may be a small organization but that’s actually why it can be one of the best organizations for roleplay and this will be shown during my term, should I be selected as the leader.

Third, I have seen so many leaders fail for only one reason and that reason is activity. In my term, I will lead by displaying respect and compassion for employees of every rank and I will constantly be making sure that everyone is happy. This is heavily part of my plan to make SAHP a family again.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

During my term, we will eliminate the use of any OOC discord channels for any IC meetings such as promotion ceremonies or organization meetings. We will only use OOC channels for screen sharing when required. This will be a big step in increasing the presence of SAHP within the city and the hope is to make this a golden standard for future SAHP terms.

Second, we will overhaul the department known as Human Resources & Training and we will eliminate the use of pre-made training videos. The current system will be replaced with hands-on training which will be conducted by our best troopers who have been certificated to train our newcomers by the Sheriff and his deputies. With this new system, we will make training more engaging and effective by educating our troopers in a new and exciting way.

Third, our amazing Public Relations team will create engaging and impactful PR events that the people will love. There will be no more boring “come find me” or “come find me and bring me bananas” events.. We will work directly with other organizations such as LSPD & GOV. We will even invite LifeInvader to our PR events to interview us at the event so that they can create news coverage for our organization, which will massively increase the level of RP.
