1. The first reason is because I want to make the city safe, and clean from criminals. I will try my best with the SWAT department to make the city clean from cannabis,criminals and illegal weapons. Every citizen is gonna live safe and not be scared from any criminal. I will make the prison full of criminals with my family (LSPD).
2. The second reason is because I have good experience leading an organization, I was in FIB 2x terms, LSPD 4x terms and I was in bloods 2x terms. And in that organization I was high command without FIB, but in FIB I tried to help them in a special mission to lead and it worked correctly. In bloods we have done many store robberies and NG raids and I was leading the missions.
3. And the last reason is that I have a plan for towing, because I have seen that in the last few terms it was a problem with towing. So I have a good plan for it. I am going to make the city clean from cars that break the law. I will work at a towing team that towie 24/7 in the city to make the city clean. I will work on a very good bonus for it.
Our advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. And with weekly meetings, we can also roleplay better by giving all members a chance to share their thoughts and ideas for improvement. By listening to our team and making changes based on their feedback, we can keep improving the organization and make the game more roleplay for everyone.
2. And with Internal Affairs (IA), we can also roleplay better by making sure officers act professionally and follow the rules. IA can watch officers, check for mistakes, and give feedback to help them improve. It’s gonna make the game more fair and realistic. IA can also do regular checks, handle complaints, and make sure everyone follows the right procedures.
3. And With Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT), we can also roleplay better by making training for the officers, like fake hostage situations with National Guard (NG), or Aim training and chase training. It's gonna make the game more role play for officers and train them for real situations.

Why I want to be the leader of Los Santos Police Department
Hi, my name is Yachi Alemdar. I want to be a leader of LSPD because I have much experience in this organization. Last term I was chief of staff, and in this term I got much experience that qualifies me to be the leader of LSPD.
