Dear Alex, Jonny and/or Mohamed.
Hello, my name is Morgan Smart, I was blacklisted around a year ago for Admin Disrespect and Server Disrespect and I regret my actions to this day, I made lots of friends and lots of enemies on this project. My friends are the reason I am making this appeal as they are constantly in my DMS asking me to appeal my ban. I made lots of bad decisions on the project and did some questionable shit. i.e. beating officers with a baseball bat, but that is not me anymore.. However, I also made lots of good decisions on the server in the Department of Justice as a Judge of the District Court where I dedicated myself to high quality roleplay and where I truly settled down.
As a Judge in the Department of Justice, I was heavily invested in the level of roleplay within the server. And I was constantly showing this in my bench trials which I conducted every single day at around 17:00 server time. I put a lot of time into DOJ and I greatly enjoyed it, I had amazing friends whom still play this amazing server and I would love to play with them again.
I got banned here at "Approved - MK, CR, NLR, RDM | 115083". And in retaliation, I made a discord named "Grand RP Retirement plan". This was very childish and stupid of me..
I obviously come back to the server as it is an amazing server and I love it. Upon coming back, I joined back to GOV as a District Court Judge. As a Judge, I did bench trials one day and "Adal Higgins" was in the courtroom, talking to a client as a lawyer whilst I was doing a court trial. I asked him to leave as he was being loud while I was in the Courtroom voice channel in the Government Discord. Just after my ban, Adal posted in club chat "Enjoy your vacation". I have heard from multiple people that Adal allegedly got upset once I had told him to leave the courtroom and had then reported me to the Administrator Anderson Fade. As Adal Higgins was in the Retirement Plan discord where I said things that I initially regret and apologise for. The contents of this discord are what I hear was reported to Anderson Fade. I am unfortunately not 100% sure of what happened that day, so please feel free look into the situation on the day I got banned.
I genuinely apologise for my actions and I promise if you give me a second chance, I will not let you down. I would accept an account wipe any day if it means that I can play on this amazing server again.
