While I was riding my scooter, the person seen in this recording suddenly hit me and ran away, I said he did it unintentionally but then he came back and hit me so I realized he did it on purpose and I opened a record. In the record, he tried to hit me a few times but couldn't, finally he hit me and when I told him I had the record, he sped away and didn't come back. I am complaining about him.
