2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1) I would like to become the leader of National Guard Because I had spent almost 4-5 terms here and I had also served my time in LSPD , SAHP , FIB & GOV but out of all of there orgs I found NG one of my favorite org and Since day doe's term I have learnt many things about NG like which area needs development and which department needs improvement and help and under my leadership I will make sure NG would be on top and would be the first org to respond to all the Global (events).
2.2) Firstly i joined LSPD and i worked there for 4 terms and then i Joined NG in Day Doe's term and i Loved NG the most and I learnt many thing about NG. I worked As a Major General of HR and the time i spent in ng taught me a lot of things , i developed a good skills about how to lead a department and now if a get a chance i can be a good leader aswell . In my previous terms i have seen that many of the time HC'S treat the lower ranks unequally and I wont let this happen and there would be no favoritism and discrimination based on rank and everyone is treated equally .
2.3) Lastly , I would love to get the experience of leading such a prestigious org and becoming the leader of NG would definitely help me boost my skills .
3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
3.1) Firstly I will make sure there is no favoritism or any discrimination based on rank towards lower rank and Very HC will be properly trained and is using correct rp commands and radio codes Because i have seen that many time and under pressure of the event HC use wrong commands which eventually makes it hard for them so they will be properly trained so there would not be any mistake in rp situations and it would increase rp.
3.2) Under my leadership, i will make sure that we collaborate with every org and we organize weekly training with SAHP , LSPD & FIB like fake hostage situation , shooting range test , arena team fights etc. Other than that i will make sure that Airforce collaborate with SAHP to protect the highways and I will assign Airforce units to scout the highways and inform the other orgs or SAHP weather there is a on-going crime or even there is a chance of FZ raid. This will boost the rp situation within the NG as well as with other organizations.
3.3) To boost rp in National Guard , We will make sure that Human Resources and Training (HR&T) is controlled by the right person and there is always a active HR in NG so new recruits can get hired and HR can host open-recruitment 24/7 whenever they want and the most important department Public-relations (PR) is very active because it will help us to build a good relation with citizen and will boost rp.

1. SASD
- The national guardโs special forces , responding to Global and assisting other orgs in their special missions , sometimes lead some special missions too.
2. Human resource and training (HR&T)
- Responsible for recruitment and training the units in NG and backbone of NG.
3. Military Police (MP)
- MP carry out important procedures such as: checking people for Health insurance / Gun licenses, background checking along with searching them and their vehicles for prohibited items and ensuring that all militants are following orders and many more.
4. Air Force (AF)
- AF commands the skies , scouting the perimeter for gang activity, alerting other state orgs and providing support and transport in special missions
5. Public Relations (PR)
- PR is the most essential department which helps a org to interact with citizens through various events and makes a good bond with citizens.
