i. Loyalty to Criminal world:
First of all my journey starts through the criminal world which given me the knowledge and skills about the illegal world and teach the ability to navigate the challenges of the criminal life and i also have the ability to unite members and achive the goals also i have the ability to think strategically and manage conflicts in a way that benefits the organization being a leader requires not only strength but also a cool head and the ability to mediate disputes and keep things moving forward so this thing makes me a strong candidate to empower East Side Ballas gang in the city and prove my loyality to the criminal world.
ii. Connection with the Criminal Community:
Long time before i have built strong community and a solid network of loyal people in the criminal world of Los Santos. I understand how things work in the city from the players and by grinding on the streets to the other organizations. This gives me a clear advantage in making the connection with the criminal community and My connections within the criminal community are not just about power but about creating real and long lasting alliances that will help us grow and achieve our goals.

My Advices to improve the RolePlay level in the organization are:
1. Minimum level Criteria will be set to be invited in the organization.
2. Following the commands of High commands and High ranks and also follow the ghetto rules.
3. good bonus will be provided to members for better experience.
4. Highly priority and focus on training new members if they are unexperienced.
5. Follow the Rules of city and Ghetto.
Goals to achieve in my Leadership:
1. Active Recruitment everytime.
2. Attend all gang events with proper rules.
3. Win maximum turfs.
4. With the help of my Gang Members try to do maximum FZ Raids.
