2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Firstly I want to patrol the city in each and every way I can. I basically want to help the citizens because they are most important in city then others. Citizens only make the city active and good. So my first priority will be citizen and helping them out if they are in any bad situation and if they want any help of police in city. I will make the city more and more clean and free from crimes and in city the criminals would not be tolerated. I will help out citizens with the help of my officers which will be there in lspd.
- Secondly I am a very active person, so the activity of the org will be very good and I will make the lspd very active. So activity of lspd will be best and good. I am also and old and experienced person knows majorly every rules so it will help me becoming an leader. I have a very good experience in or organization like lspd,sahp,fib and ems. So I would be doing my job in very good way as I am experienced guy. I also a guy with very less punishment history it means I know rules and also I dont do a rulebreak.
- Thirdly I am a guy with very good knowledge and skills that will help me to become chief of police. I am a very polite guy, also I am an person who is always happy to learn more and more new things. I am also a hardworking person and also know how to tackle high pressure situations and also know many things that how to tackle the situations which are such as fight between employees and many events. I will deal with these type of situations very nicely and in a good manner.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Improving Internal Affairs: I will hire very good people in internal affairs which will do bgc and check licences of people and also deal with the situations in between the employees or any complaint and giving them strikes. So I will hire only honest people in IA so that the organizations will run smoothly without any misconduct.
- Improving Human Resource and Training: I will hire only people who are very much active in city and also which are willing to do open recruitment every hour in city when they are not in any event or anything. So this will increase activity and also we would get more and more employees in the organization and then there would be good numbers every time. I will try to get that there is an hr active everytime at hq
- Conducting Meeting: I will make sure to conduct the meeting every week or 2 times in week with the employees to discuss the problems and issues related to organization. In this meeting there will be a discussion about the issues and about how to resolve the issues within the org.
DEPARTMENTS:
HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING (HRT): Do hiring new people, giving them logs and also training them.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Do bodycam checks, Do checks the licenses and also bgc checks.
