Rankings Based on Capabilities:
I’ve seen many dedicated individuals go unnoticed while some benefit from favoritism. Under my leadership, promotions and recognition will be purely merit-based, ensuring fair rewards for those who truly deserve them.

3. Departments
Human Resources (HR):
The department will be responsible for ensuring that the right talents are recruited and properly trained. Only experienced and mature members will lead this department to ensure all members are ready for any situation that may arise.
Military Police / Internal Affairs (MP/IA):
A vital department to monitor every member’s dress code, armory, and licenses. It will ensure that all members comply with regulations and correct any mistakes, making it essential for the team to be highly knowledgeable in their roles.
Air Force (AF):
The air force department ensures NG base and its surroundings are safe from potential threats. We need skilled pilots who can fly high and scout for clearance. Our motto is:
"Think Big, Fly High, Achieve Your Goals, Reach The Sky"
Specialized Armed Support Division (SASD):
This department will provide essential support to LEOs during critical situations and will work relentlessly to eliminate gangs and criminals from causing chaos in Los Santos. The goal is to keep the city clean and safe for everyone.
All departments will require strong leaders who can guide and support their teams, ensuring that our term will be a successful and memorable one for all members of NG.
