Topic Title: Banned From Accounts | Please Understand.​

I started a forum account. I used to post wrong forum titles and I was banned. Then I created another forum account. I learned from my mistake and started submitting forums. The account was banned, and many accounts were banned. Today I filed a complaint against a player and the forum was banned. Rejected - VDM | 187158
I hope you can help me. I have videos people cheating. If you file a complaint against the player such as VDM or other penalties for cheating, the forum account will be banned by Admin. I have many POV of people making mistakes, but the forum accounts are banned. When I file a complaint against the administrator, the forum is banned. I hope you can help me and understand the issue. Please end this topic.

but I have POV of people making mistakes such as VDM, RDM ,CR, cheating, should I keep them or publish them through the forum, and the forum accounts are banned?
I must also, when I participate in family events, provide POV.
