Life Story:
Kjetil Viking is born in the capital of Norway named Oslo. He was a very smart and confident boy always used to have interest in legal orgs like FIB, SAHP, LSPD and NG . His father was also in the army and he was a very honest soldier but after Kjetil joined SAHP, FIB and LSPD his father got killed in a Global war! Kjetils father did amazing work inside the army and Kjetil wanted to follow his footsteps! Kjetil joined the Army and started following his footsteps of his father.
Career Story:
When he settled in Los santos he grew up and decided to join the SAHP, LSPD and FIB to financially support his mother because he lost his father. After his father died Kjetil decided to join NG and he got selected and got promotions so fast he got the rank of AG( Assistant General)(same as his father) and got alot of knowledge about the NG , Kjetil didnt really earn alot of money to make up for his fathers loss and was thinking about being corrupt! After long time of being in his head, he did understand that there was no other way to save himself and his mother from the poor lifestyle they were living in after his father got killed.
Outcomes:
1-Kjetil can take bribes for money (up to 100k) and illegal items.
2-Kjetil can carry a his ID and portable radio while off duty.
3-Kjetil can use or carry illegal items and weapons while on/off duty.
4-Kjetil can carry organization stuff off duty to respond to the situation .(not for personal use)
5-Kjetil can refuse to reads the Miranda rights and can lie about a lawyer.
6-Kjetil can smash Or destroy someone's body cam in RP situations by proper RP commands (using /try command only 2 times).
7-Kjetil can refuse to show his ID to LEO's civilians or suspects while doing corruption and to not get caught.*
8-Kjetil can sell illegal items and weapons in black market. (while being off duty).
9-Kjetil don't follow any law while processing a 10-15.
10-Kjetil can pick up weapons from the ground (Not in active gunfight).
