I got a penalty Ban for Er 1.7 (fam war) because my recorder is OCAM and it is a recorder used by many players and it doesn't have any problems but the main problem is my device. Recently I noticed that when I use my device for more than an hour of play it becomes highly laggy and when I entered things were fine and then the suspension started I can't exit and I became subject to the reality that it is a problem related to the computer and a technical problem. I hope that you will consider my situation and give me a chance im really search for a solution to the problem. I spoke with a technician who told me that it is possible to increase the random RAM to solve the problem. I hope that you will remove the ban from me. With all thanks and appreciation
