2. Why do you want to be leader of this Specific Organisation? (List Four reasons with explanation)
* I Joined EMS when I was 7 year old in the city, and at that age ive seen many major qualities in leaders in every term and ive implied those qualities on myself and dedicated myself into EMS as a Hardworking EMS Employee. Now with my extensive experience in EMS and proven leadership skills, I have faith in myself to effectively lead and enhance EMS with my Full Potential.
* I have successfully served my work for 5x Term Leaders, and ive worked as Chief of Staff for 2 Terms, Including Dean of Division, Head of Division, Division Chief & Chief of Operation. Through my Career, I have been always committed to my work and I will continue to do so as a Leader now, I have Consistently Provided High Quality patient care and fostering a culture of continous improvement and now ill improvise many more things in EMS Organisation.
* I believe that if I become a leader i can make big impact in EMS as i can inlfuence people in a postive way, rather than working as independently, EMS can accomplish more goals, Every situation will be handled professionally leading to no conflicts between employees, extreme level of camaraderie, ill also take care that there is always availablity of medicines in PH/SH, so that we can take care each and every citizens in our city, I will also take care that atleast 2 unit must be present to take care of each lobbies. I have been Absolutely motivational always! and intend to continue all this so EMS can be better for today and tomorrow.
* EMS is one of the Best Organsition in every way and ill feel very honoured if i get chance to represent EMS a Leader.
3. Your advices for improving Role-play level in organization.
* I Would hire maximum number of employees so that there wont be any chance of lobby getting empty any time.
* I will also ensure employees getting proper training so that there wont be any chance of making mistake by units and also Employees do not just stand in the lobby but also to follow proper RP while interacting to patients.
* I have also seen Rescue Officer Department getting Vanished Day by Day, I will ensure that the RO Department taken care properly to help the citizens who resides far away from the city.
* I want to improve the communication between employees and High command. Many employees are just to afraid to open thier radio and approach to the High command. Therefore, I will ensure high command can reach to employees while facing any kind of problem.
* I ill do open recruitment by targeting time zones. This will enable us to find more number of units who will work exclusively at night or late night shift.
*Having fun once or twice a week is extremly important for EMS employees, Because i believe that employees defenitely need some fun for driving their work to the next level. So i feel like there is a need for more fun in EMS.
