2.1 i have been in almost every gang (except some) as 14 rank
2.2 i am applying to become the leader of this gang because i have been in this city for over 9 months, started in the gang still in a gang and know almost everthing about gang and also i think i am eligible to handle a gang as a leader. I have good knowlegde of the server rules and will ensure no rule break in my term.Also you can mark my word u wont regret giving me term i have been trying for becoming a gang leader from while ago so i hope i cant get this opportunity to show me self to the citizens

2.3 Vagos, marabunta are my most favourite gang and i always wanted to make vagos on top and want to declare it most dangerous gang in whole ghetto. I have vast knowledge about gang events especially turf. I will try my best for the gang and will try to devote max time for the gang.Also Vagos has a special HQ as its in different location and has a seperate ghetto so i am gonna train my gang and will take over Vagos ghetto first and then we will takeover main ghetto

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

First thing i will be going to make sure that no favourisim in my whole term. All gang member are like bros and also there will be 0% toxicity in my term i can give u guarantee no rule break from my side and also from my deputy side i will try my best to make sure no mass rule break by any member of gang in whole term. I will ensure that in my term our gang is most active by doing various events like store robs, clands, BS, Fort zancudo raid daily

2.1 I want to become a leader because i think i have a potential to become a leader and manage a whole org. i have a good communication skill to run a successful term most important thing is to have a best deputy and communicate with them for every single thing, and its a personal thing when i am new in city my very first org. is vagos i love the atmosphere there very homely vibe.

2.2 when i am newbie in term of mascot sir that time a learn about city so i help newbie to gain experience in city and i think that term is the best. from day one i want to become a gangster in city and vagos can give me a good chance to become a gangster.

2.3 be in gang is like more freedom then any state org. and i like me freedom.one person said me "o what you enjoy" like doing gangshit taking state guy as a hostage, at 10:00 going for clands, meet together for attack on store or gun store, i really doing this.

my advices for improving Role Play level in organization is remove toxicity is very important because toxicity is the thing who destroy the relation talk politely is important to have a conversation and built trust with each other, as a leader of gang i should check that we are attending every single clands, battleship, 24/7 Store Robbery, fz raid, gun store. every graffiti leader have 3-4 member who do graffiti and take bonus.

bonus play a major role to have a successful term so i will give big amount of bonus so our member engaged with all gang activity.

My Goals:

1.I want 100% turf ( for that i hire best of best turfers)
2.i want 100% graffiti profit (for that i make some graffiti leader they have 3-4 member they do graffiti every hour for big bonus)
3.attend every single event

- 1 ) i spend much time in the Vagos : as a high command in 6 terms , and help the leader to finish the weekly chalenges .
- 2 ) i have a lot of friends : they can be under deputies but i Will be Keeping active deputy that have are previous leaders or have a great experience in gangs and know well how to manage the gangs iv. After every event the bonus will be alloted to keep the gang active and raise everyone with gang .
- 3 ) i want to be leader of Vagos Especially : when i satrt playing on this project for more than one year i only play ass a gangstar in Vagos uz i really love this gang thats why i get some time to learn all the ghetto rules and the server one to apply for my dream now .

- 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa Vagos .
- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .
- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .
- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting.
- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warns and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.

Reason #1- I want to experience one of the best gangs in the city. I experienced gangs as high command in every single gang and now i want to become leader of The Vagos Gang and dominate the city and want to spread terror of our gang amongst the citizens and Leos of Los Santos. I want enhance roleplay and interaction between Leo’s and gangs.
