Let me simplify the things for Leader Rule and other rules break for this post.
It all started when the Bloods were involved in a ghetto robbery, and I was just there to kill others. I ended up taking down a player from the Bunta gang.

Later, 135193 (Lucifer Xoxo) patched up the Bunta guy while holding a gun (0:06 clip 2). I questioned him about it, and shortly after, the Bloods ended up killing that Bunta guy. One of the Bloods said, "Aim on him, (0:52 clip2)" indicating they were planning to rob him. To save his friend, 135193 (Lucifer Xoxo) did a mercy killing so his friend wouldn't get robbed. I confronted him afterward, and he responded with "Enjoy Now" (can be seen on CLIP 2 1:29), implying he might engage in power abuse.
Around 2:29 on clip 2, I noticed a guy cheating and ban evading. How do i know that? Lets jump into the 2 forums:
1. First: Cheater is blacklisted

2. Second: As on first both id can be seen. Check the forum below and match the voice of both you will be find out as he abused me at 2:36 on clip 2. Whatsoever he is banned for cheats probably.

Now, regarding my IC situation: I got blacklisted for 30 days from the Bloods for supposed disrespect High commands. I want to clarify where I disrespected the higher-ups as also some basic hygienic rules are for everyone if it he was higher ups or lower downs, especially since I'm also ranked 13 and he never talked anything about this afterwards. Meanwhile, it seems he's sabotaging the Bloods by saving his friend that is from Bunta gang!
