My account has been banned for 30 days for reason GR 6.17

I wanted to clarify that I had a problem with the sound while recording through Nvidia software
So I had to use OBS software and I did not know that it violated the server rules I did not intentionally do this and I admit my failure to understand and read the rules,
I violated law 6.17 and I did not mean that, After reviewing General Rule Law 6.17, it became clear to me that there is a reason to prevent the use of this software, especially in events I am not used to participating in events or in ghetto and I am not a professional in fighting and other criminal matters
According to my experience in many games, I know that any mistake will be revealed sooner or later, so if I knew that I was wrong, I would not risk and put myself in this situation.
I have supported a lot with donations and spent a lot on my own account, I have worked hard and done my best to reach what I have reached
