As there is dealer recruitment Event going on, So as according to ER1.2 they can't Rob me during Event. As in the POV I told them multiple times that there is a Event going on and after knowing they still Rob me.

As in the suspect ID, I wrote 0000 because I can write only 3 IDs. If anything wants to be change in format please let me know.
