- One of my main motive to become the leader of National Gaurd is my experience of LEO organisation.I have served in many org as High Command and leader many times.Also at last I server in ng in Uday Cartel term as Major General which motivated me more to lead ng as leader.
- Secondly I have build up my character in such a way that I can handle various types of situations and also I have good communication skills so I can rebuild the National Gaurd and also teach our soldiers with respect and patience.
- My last reason is to bring Unity and Regulations in National Gaurd.Ill try to work together with all the soldiers so there will be unity among all of them.Also I'll teach them with efforts so they can learn all the rules and be disciplined in the organisation so it will great of our organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- My first advice for improving roleplay in National Guard is Favouritism.In any organisation if there is favouritism all the employees get demotivate to do there job.So I'll not let do favouritism in my term and give the deserving ranks to the soldiers.
- We will stop corruption.Ill make special units in Internal Affairs to Catch the corrupt officers.Also I'll try to lead our organization with no corruption.
We will provide well training.We will train all of our soldiers in best way through experienced Trainer in Human Resource.In my term all of the soldiers will be well trained.
- Also I'll make our organization as like family so the soldiers will more enjoy their job
- We will try make a good relationship with the other Organisations like Ems, LSPD, SAHP and FIB.
