Hello,
I was banned on January 28th for not being able to provide body camera footage of a store robbery. I know this is breaking E.R. 1.7, and for that, I do apologize. I will admit I was struggling a little bit with the recording software I was using, and I should have sorted that out completely before going on duty, but it had been working properly earlier that day. I do not know why the particular recording that was needed only showed a black screen. Since then, I have switched recording software, so in the future I am better able to maintain appropriate POV of any necessary situations. I am requesting that my ban please be reduced, as it was a genuine mistake.
