Good morning, I was blocked because of using the Game Bar program in Windows 10 and I did not know that it was forbidden to use it, I do not have an external graphics card currently so I cannot use Nvidia, the discord was appearing but the sound was not visible, please appeal the decision and forgive me this time because I did not know about it, thank you
