So it was almost 10:00 in city and Sahp, NG and Fib all 3 orgs were active but there wasnt 5 Leos on duty. Also they didnt responded to Hostage Situation. Totally in activity.

Apparently this is not full POV an at least FIB did attend, therefore I request FIB to supply any POV's that proof they did attend this situation. They have 24h to do so, otherwise I will base the decision of the provided POV.

I mean, LSPD just recently got a new leader and SAHP was disbanded I believe up until recently. Its early as well, not many are in city. I think this post is pointless and a waste of time. Anyway, here is my POV of your event

if u dont have life other people have life and work, so dont play the hero side, our unit they respond to ur hostage
also in ur POV u killed ur hostage who wearing black and white pants and in our unite POV u have the same guy for a hostage
if u killing ur hostage it possible to patch him and take him hostage again??? i wish admins watch this point

Although it is expected for LEOs to respond to calls 24/7, it is okay for them to take longer between 10PM and 10AM, they simply need time to gather people. In the end they did attend from both SAHP and FIB. NG does not get calls for 911 in their PDA and is not held responsible.

You also shared POV which, I believe puposely, ends before they did actually attend. Which leads me to believe that you are targetting the organizations, with false proof, which is also against the rules, so please be careful with that.​
