Dear Administration,
I hope you're doing well. I’m reaching out regarding a ban that was placed on both my main and twink accounts about a year ago. I previously submitted an appeal for my main account, which was successfully reviewed and revoked, but I never followed up with an appeal for my twink.
For reference, here is my original appeal: Approved - Unban Appeal | Alex Odd. The initial ban was for violations of rules 1.1 and 1.4, though, as explained in the previous appeal, there was never any account selling or misuse of multiple twinks. The confusion likely arose when I changed my IP address from Malaga to Madrid. In Malaga, my brother also played under the same household network, which may have caused the system to flag the accounts. However, in Madrid, I have only used my main and twink accounts.
Unfortunately, I no longer remember the exact ID of my twink account, as I never noted it down. However, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider granting the twink account a second chance. I have already faced significant consequences, including losing my level 4 family and having my main wiped due to the misunderstanding.
