2.1 My career to date has given me the necessary experience and expertise to lead an organization. Through my time as Deputy or also through my position as High Command of the Gang, I have always held a certain position.
2.2 Planning events and general gang activities is no problem for me. Thanks to my time in the gangs, I know the events inside out.
