As shown in the POV at time stamp, 14:41 the Families gang was robbing the person with 1 car and 3 Families members and that falls under-General rule 6.16 .
Secondly another violation was done by that 3 person (Families members), I was approaching them and they shoot at me with any demands while robbing someone (Outside of the ghetto) and that falls under-General rule 6.15 .
