we were doing conversation about who called a admin and why and this dude just insulted me while in OOC situation and thats include as a G.R 3.1 and it says

Further more I just wanna say it’s people like him that make the city loose money cuz I’m here running it up all the time making things happen adding life n then u got ppl like him who walk around and try to get people blocked out the city for childish reasons telling on ppl these people that make fake reports should be held accountable check my records I’ve never told on anyone n I’ve had real situations ic never panicking

we were doing conversation smh clearly he doesn’t speak enough English to be in an English server or to know what an ooc comment make him read out loud if he wants to stay ic because if he doesn’t know English all he will do is cause problems
