I want to become a leader of Families Gang because when i came to this city firstly, i prefer to be a gangster in this city. So, from that day to today i became a perfect gangster. I experienced all the activities of gangs and now i am confident to be a Families Gang leader. For becoming a leader of this gang, I will try my best to put Families Gang on top.
I experienced a lot of things illegal and i learn a thing that illegal orgs has too much activities to do and have so much fun as compared to legal org so i wanna do more activities and make a powerful gang as leader of Families. Turf deputies and turfers will be choosen carefully. We will try to generate 100% turf per season.
I will choose the deputy & under-deputies carefully. Favoritism will be not allowed in this gang, all the player who wants to join the Families Gang will be invited after they successfully given their interviews. HCs rank will be given carefully after players passes the HC interviews. Me and my gang members will make an alliance to other gangs when this will be beneficial for our gang like BM raid, GP, FZ and other activities when this will be beneficial!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining events like clands , battleships, and stores. Toxic people will not be tolerated. Will be kicked or blacklisted. Inexperienced players will not be able to reach high ranks. Everyone will be treated the same regardless the rank. Active high commands at all times.
Here Are My Goals To Handle Gang as a Leader.
- 80-100% Turfs
- Dominate all the ghetto
- 8k+ graffiti per hour
- Holding gang without any warning
