Hello Higherups,
Rei Kousei Give me the wrong punishment, I'm giving demand, and the guy started shooting while countdown. To my knowledge, there is no need to count the full countdown when someone starts shooting during the countdown. Please make this decision right and pls remove my warning. and also my lots of illegal stuff gone
