2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
I want to be Leader of Vagos to improve this gang to such an extent that nobody can even dare to touch us. Vagos has already been in my heart and I have seen it grow immensely in the last term. I would like to give my 100% for this gang and terrorize every other gang and the LEOs. Vagos has been a special gang and one of the most active gangs in the city recently and I would love to lead this gang and give all I can. I think I will improve it even more with my leadership skills, its my first time leading a gang but I believe that I can take the gang to the top and Vagos must be ruling the Ghetto regions.
I would try to treat everyone like a family as I have noticed that many conflicts happen due to some rude High Commands of a particular gang. I would be very strict on this purpose and never let anybody fight or abuse anyone in the gang. The gang will be like a family for everyone and everybody will be equal in my gang. I would not act biased anytime and all my High Commands will be those who have already worked here. This will help everyone to learn new things from the more experienced ones and the true Vagos boys will get a good opportunity to showcase themselves at a high level.
As Vagos have been very successful recently I would like to keep the same energy and intensity along with some improvements to take this gang at a different level.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
1. One experienced High Command will always be their to lead the gang in events to avoid rule breaks and enjoy RolePlay.
2. We will try to participate in as many events as we can daily to enjoy and have fun in the gang.
3. Unique Bonuses will be provided to each and every Gang member for participating in events.
4. Promotions will be given to the passionate and active Gang members on weekly basis.
5. Moreover, I will give my best to monitor everyone to avoid rule breaks. So that everybody can enjoy being in the gang.
