I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out regarding my recent ban for GR 1.8. I’m sorry for any misunderstanding, but I am certain that I did not do anything against the rules or share anything between my accounts. I truly don’t know why I was banned, and if I did, I swear I don't know the reason because I'm very careful about rules, and I would really appreciate it if you could either clarify the exact reason or consider removing my ban. If possible, I’d also appreciate resolving this without a money wipe.
