I recently got banned for using a VPN, I believe there is some sort of misunderstanding because I shifted from Bangalore to Guwahati Assam last few months ago I had used a VPN when I was in Guwahati because my game was not opening I didn't know that it was a bannable offense. My only intention was to open the game. I truly believe in fair and clean gameplay and follow all known game rules. Please help me to recover my account. You Can check my punishment history as well i am clean and Silence said that u can use VPN if u are having any network issue.
