I already told him to stop still he drove scooter and teased him then he hit me so i shoot . He was openly carrying fire arms which is felony crime and by not complying he did failure to comply which is also felony. So yea i can shoot .

When u told me for stop? At first u aim on me then said nothing and teased me . Why?
When I openly carrying fire arms ? I drove my scooter and going for clands. U don't know where I was going ? When I wasted ammo on you? When I failure to comply with u ?
