(at 0:58 can be seen shooting without any demands)
ID. 195048 will receive punishment for GR 6.15
(at 1:09 can be seen killing without any demands)
However,
ID. 188833 will receive punishment for VDM
(at 0:59 can be seen intentionally hitting with car)
