2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

🎥 I wish to improve the quality of the organization vastly. I had gained enough experience for the past year in the organization. I started working in LifeInvader as events team a year ago and climbed all the way up to a Director position. There are something that needs to be reverted from past terms to the next and I wish to be the person who makes those changes, pave a way to a new and well formed team work. I believe I possess the necessary skills and passion to effectively lead and inspire the team we have in LifeInvader.

🎥 I worked in the organization under Valecort Alkan's, Tommy Gold's, Rich Yasser's and Arthur Changretta's term mostly as a High Command. These leaders did inspire me in multiple ways and thought me many great things about the organization. In my previous roles as Supervisor, Manager and Director of Events I successfully have completed pin pointed goals and acquired some great achievements. The experience I gained thought me what LifeInvader needs and what it doesn't. I have made many written plans on what should we improve about the organization is one of them is people joining LifeInvader strictly for money farming and no team works. I have noticed an ignorance towards the Events Team and News Team and would like to improve that by creating strong bonds between all three departments, especially the Events Team.

🎥 I wish to make the Tickets Service to go as smoothly as it can, train more Managers adequately and give them the proper grounding. I would like to improve the News Team by making some attraction towards it by implementing new ranks, responsibilities and bonuses since the team is one of the organization's pillars. I think the whole rank needs a re-work and I wish to implement that with the help of other HCs.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

LifeInvader is a private organization but that doesn't mean there won't be any RolePlay in it, here are the things I would advice to improve it:
We have made a new "Human Resources" team in the past term and going well. We will add more High Commands to the team, train them, cultivate them and make them a RolePlay role model for the other employees. Not only does the Human Resource team should be concerned about opening recruitments once in a while but also being a mentor to others so adding High Commands who are specialized in it would help alot. Events are another way of enhancing the RolePlay in the organization as well, creating engaging events for both Citizens and Internal Employees that focuses on RolePlay activity would greately help.

Events Team is one of the three pillars in LifeInvader. It is a fun team responsible for hosting and organizing events through out the city. It was once decided to have at least one event per day and we were doing that for quite sometime. It was fun at first and people loved it but after a while the amount of citizens who are coming to the events no matter how much money we are rewarding them has hauled down. This could be because of less creativity in the team, less interest in the citizens or the timing at which the events are being hosted at. This is a major issue that needs to be resolved and I was thinking on doing one citizen event in at least 2 days and 1 internal event at least once a day, that way people might get more interested since absence makes the heart grow fonder. The citizen wouldn't know what it means to have a fun event unless we lower the frequent events.

News Team is another pillar in LifeInvader. Although there are not many people in the team we can still train employees on how to make articles and videos so that they can join the team and do what they can. Content creation is a major thing in this team. Producing engaging content, developing news and articles are the main responsibilities but we have to widen that up by developing strategies to address and mitigate things that are happening in the city like robberies, raids, Government announcements, even gas station explosions can be turned into a great story with the right creative team. Instead of writing a text in the "Announcement" chat saying "We are looking for people to join the team", posting something interesting in it like a video, picture or any types of portfolio that showcases the team in the channel would be a great way to attract employees into joining the team.

ADs Team is the biggest team in the organization and the most important one. Appointing well experienced High Commands is essential. I will be looking at the tests the Supervisors make personally to ensure they are well made and quality assured tests. When someone makes a mistake while doing AD talking to him personally on why he/she made that AD and give him/her some help or a refresher training if needed instead of just reminding them that they made a mistake on the radio would be a great way to reduce the amounts of mistakes that are being made. Holding an ADs trainee's hand like our own son or daughter and nurture our child until he/she gets to understand everything by correcting him/her, training him/her, telling him/her what is what and making him actually be passionate about the job until he ranks up to a point where he understands what he or she is doing is another way. I also wanted to implement new ranks or improve the current ones to make them look like a more rewarding and a more achievable ranks.
