2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1/3 - BALLAS has been securing its top position in ghetto from the starting i will maintain its position in the city and also make sure we maintain 100% ghetto control and win every turf my gang members will be given what they need they will receive there bonuses on time ill make sure every single member in the gang gets there bonuses and ill fullfill there other needs .
2/3 - I'll not be that type of leader who takes the leadership but doesnt stand up to his words ill do anything it takes to keep the gang alive and also ill be doing daily events like store robbery and do clandestine shop and highway robbery ghetto robbery etc and will be providing the legal organisations a new experience in roleplaying .
3/3 - as a HOD of SAHP and SENIOR OFFICER in LSPD i've observed many things and mistakes that other gangs make that leads to rule break or creating problems in rp situations ill make sure that none of that happens in my gang and also ill not be a dictator ill treat my gang members like a family and i wont be like other leaders who give out deputy and other big ranks to people they know personally ill be giving ranks to people according to there knowledge and basic understanding of rules .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 - i think there should be no rank abuse and we should not give ranks to people who we personally know everyone should get a chance to experience ranks and enjoy the rp experience
2 - there should be proper criteria for joining the gang for example level 5 above basic knowledge of server rules and regulations and also ill be taking there interview personally if im not available there will be people personally appointed to take there interview
3 - i will provide the bonuses on time and give my gang members whatever they need there will be no rule break and only the people who know rules of the server will join the gang we will provide the LEOS a new experience to fight us and we wont run away
