Why Do you Want to be leader of specific organization?
1) When I came to the city the first gang that I have joined was ballas itself I was new so was not knowing how to do any robbery and other and other things, but the leader of the gang was really good he helped me and taught me many things about the gang. After ballas term was over I joined families gang there I was that many new people were asking for help, but leader or deputies were not help them although I was not a high command there, but I took an initiative and helped most of the new people. The leader of that gang was not interacting with other, and the gang was really dead, I have been in many illegal organizations, and I was deputy and under deputy in many terms, so I have gained a lot of experience in gang side. In illegal orgs there are many endless activities that we can do and being in a illegal org is really fun. I know very how to lead people as I have led many operations. I will appreciate everyone's work and give them bonuses time to so that everyone who is working hard is praised for their work. I generally prefer gang life in the city because of the event like hostage situation, Store robbery, Gun store robbery and many more.
2) I acknowledge that as a Leader I can't be toxic and if anyone in the gang is spreading toxicity, I will talk with them If and I will give them last chance and If they do these things again, I will make sure they are blacklisted form the org. I few of my friends who are playing RP from a very long time, and they know all the rules so they will help me in making my term successful. I gave you the guarantee form side that every rule of the city is followed by each and everyone in the gang. I will appoint goods Deputies and under deputies so that in my absence they can take care of the gang. I will communicate with all the player specially with new players so that if they are having doubt regarding and thing in the city or in the gang, I will clear it. I guarantee You the ballas gang will be always on top in the city and everyone in the city will be afraid from us and they say only one ballas on top and I promise you I will maintain the ballas legacy as it one of the deadliest gang in the city.
Your advice for improving Role play level in organization.
1) We will participate in maximum number of events and will follow all the required rules.
2) We will have time to time events with leos so that RP quality is maintained from both sides
3) Our Aim will be 100% turf
