Hennry Tennyson emerged as the child of Dr. Martin Tennyson who was an Professional Neurosurgeon and Jameson "Jay" Tennyson who operated and knows and noted gangster in Los Santos. After showing excellent performance the Chief "Cartel Hardy" provided her with a permanent position as a doctor. After several promotions Henry become High Command status in the organisation. he faced many criticism at work yet remained dedicated to serving citizens.
Henry experienced exciting turn of events when he unexpectedly received an orders to serve within a gang-ruled section of the city. This introduced him to the thrill of criminal life. His captor demanded her attention so he approached her trusted friend Yahia "RexBloom" Jamal for guidance. His recommendation included continuing to treat patients during the day as a doctor but performing criminal activities in the evenings and on weekends.
