Around 6 months ago, I got permanent ban for General Rule 1.3 i.e fraud against a player.

The reason for ban told by Carl Jordan - The Admin who gave me the ban in the first place, was that I had placed 10 batteries at Beach Market for $4M.

At that time I had 10 batteries, which I wanted to place at beach market for 400k but accidentally I placed it with an extra 0 for 4m (Note: I had placed all 10 batteries all together without dividing). Here, I accept the mistake i.e overpricing, becuase I had placed item for very high price. I am still really sorry for that.
But, I saw a similar mistake of overpricing by a player. A player had placed tuning parts for $3M instead of 300k (market price). I contacted Admin for that and was told that there is no rule against over pricing.

Both situations were same, but the outcomes were different. I had mistakenly placed items at higher price, and did not attempted for fraud against player. The items were not sold and any kind of fraud didn't took place but still my account got permanent ban for GR 1.3.
After more than 6 months of serving my punishment, I really want to come in city with my account. Please unban me or atleast reduce my punishment or even wash my account. Please give me a last chance to get back in the city EN3. Hope you look into this.
