2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• I am applying for leadership of LSPD because I believe LSPD is one of the crucial organizations in the city. The location of the LSPD headquarters makes it very effective for LSPD officers to be present in any situations in the city, including store robberies, hostage situations and ghetto patrols, with it's close proximity to ghetto where most crime happens.
• I want to step up as a leader to keep up the image of LSPD as one of the most respectable organizations in the city. Maintain excellent working relationships with other organizations establishing great communications between departments and work in harmony to achieve a common goal which is to put a stop to crime in the great state of Los Santos.
• I believe I will be a great fit for Leadership since I am very familiar with all the server rules and IC laws. I do understand how Law Enforcement Agencies function and I have gathered vital experience from my time spent in Law Enforcement. I have great leadership and tactical skills that will help in different situations. My goal to transfer all of these skills and my knowledge to everyone working in LSPD so they can grow and eventually become leaders themselves.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• I will be implementing Police Academy which will work closely with Human Resources in hiring new officers and taking responsibility of training and education. This will guarantee that everyone from Patrol Officer all the way up to the Chief of Police operate on the same professional level. I will be holding weekly meetings with heads of departments to discuss things about the organization that need improvements or that need praise.
• I will strive on improving the roleplay trough means that are mostly forgotten in LSPD and in most other organizations as well. We will start using our holding cells in the lower floors of LSPD for short term detention and investigation purposes and we will also try use the Visitation Room where Suspects can talk to their Lawyers if they requested one in a completely safe environment for both the suspect and the lawyer. In the case of suspect release they will be immediately released from custody right there in the city and in the case of an arrest the person would be taken to a separate booking room and their mugshot would be taken there as a preventative measure. This helps LSPD, SAHP and FIB in tracking and identifying repeat offenders with federally issued warrants. We would also be using our interrogation rooms for high profile suspects to gain more intel on gang activities and increase preventative measures in the goal of fighting crime.
• Promotion ceremonies in amphitheaters! We will be hosting promotions on a weekly basis in amphitheaters based on officer performance and activity. Human Resources and Police Academy would be crucial in determining officers that are eligible for promotions trough Officer Log checks and general organization activity. We will also be making these events open to the public and allow citizens to attend and get familiar with our officers and it allows us to be even closer to the community.
• We will also be holding press conferences with LifeInvader after major events in the city! We will also release press reports to keep the citizens of San Andreas informed about important events related to public safety.
• We will also be hosting a Police Parade at least once per term where the public can get a closer look at the LSPD motorpool and all the gear and some tactics that LSPD uses to fight crime. This will include showing off all the vehicles used for different scenarios and purposes, a variety of uniforms and equipment loadouts that LSPD officers have at their disposal.
