Ans= 1. I would like to be leader of NG because I was in this org for 1 year and I was there dhod of hr, , I have experience in leading NG missions and operations like ammo runs, three of city events, checkpoints etc. and all of missions led by me were successful. I have good relationships with everyone there and I strongly believe I can maintain family relationship between members because I believe that NG will work better if we maintain family relationship like it was in Mac Blu term.

2. I want to improve recruitment department and update training by adding new parts of training for example there need to be included that NG Barracks are HQ now or there need to be included some training for ammo runs so we can have better response time in ammo run if we get attacked by criminals. I will improve promotion system and bonus system so promotions are more realistic and fair and I will give bonuses to people who are doing good on events or putting a lot of hours. I will add more local events so NG have some more activity through day so people can stay on duty or stay in org. I would like to improve radio communication by teaching new people how to use radio and that would be included in new training system. NG tactics need to be improved.

3. I have trained a lot of units when they came to the organization. They became high commands later in NG and also successful in other organizations. So I know exactly how to deal with new people in NG. I know their needs and what they are capable of. What responsibilities to give them and targets needed from them to achieve so that we can come out with professional units that can make NG a whole different organization.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


Ans= I have been part of mostly all the divisions inside NG on my whole journey. i have a experience in HR, Airforce, and Military Police. And I know how most of these divisions work and what they need. So with that knowledge I have I must be capable of tracking every single division and improving what can be improved with the help of each head of team I have the only division And yet I still know everything about it. So with all of that I have!! I can do major improvements with plans I have for each single division in NG. Additional to that some new divisions I'm planning to add.

But after spending some time learning, I joined SAHP, where I have spent 5-6 months and became Trooper to Chief Commander. With time, I joined several organizations, up to rank 28, and gained vast experience in leadership and organizational management.

2. Throughout my carrier in Grand Rp, I have gained solid leadership skills and harmonious relations with other players and leaders. A lot of people have assisted me and wanted to see me as a leader. I have headed several departments and even ran organizations in the absence of deputies and leaders, demonstrating my capability to work with high-responsibility positions.

3. One of the key reasons for me to take charge of NG is the lethargy that I have noticed in previous terms. My dream as a leader is to turn this term the most active relative to all prior terms. With my experience, leadership ability, and good contacts in the server, I firmly believe that I can deliver a disciplined, structured, and aggressive National Guard which will establish a new benchmark for subsequent terms.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1. I will schedule weekly Based Promotion and Fun Activities for our Officers, So they get motivated and can work even Harder.

3.2. I will Schedule a weekly Based Interview for our officers so that they don't forget Rules and with time they can get even better and the organization can run even more smoothly without any rule break.

3.3. In my term each and every officer will get respect no matter in which rank he is, by this not only the officer will get respect but also we can hold unity in the organization by which it can provide a good roleplay in the organization.

2.1: I would like to become the leader of National Guard Because Since I Started playing Grand Rp few months ago and I already know each and every rules of the server and i also have been served in every organization in the server as an starter to an high command and I think that my skills would be matched perfectly at the National Guard. 3.2 : if I got selected i would like to collaborate with other organizations in the city (like lspd , Sahp and Government) for large scale roleplay scenarios.

3.3 : As a leader I would like to maintain proper professionalism and maintain everyone's respect in the organization so that no one could complain about the organization and I will make sure that no one does the favoritism in the organization regarding the ranks because I think everyone deserves the rank as per their works.

- I want to be leader of NGbecause I have been leader of NG in EN 3 and I saw many ups and downs and managed everything with help of my Good HCs and Deputies who will help me in NG in en 2 too

- As being Ex. NG General I developed my leadership skill and I think that I am now able to handle NG as a General and I got some nice decision making qualities from which I will choose my HCs like I did in NG and which helped me to complete my NG term smoothly.

- My time spent as an ex NG general has only made me thirstier to lead the NG, I have always been a man deeply committed in his service, known for great strategy and crisis management. My experience in the National Guard provided me with specific skills that translate directly into leading a significant law enforcement agency.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


- To make NG again the best organization for beginners and old players by supporting them and not doing favouratism with help of IA. We NG will be more focussed on store robberies, ghetto patrol, and Border patrol as spec ops. with help of Gang Unit. NG will focus on air patrolling with help of Air Force Division.

- As NG General I saw a lot of people who were rank chasing in my NG term I will blacklist someone if they will chase the rank or doing corruption or favourtism etc.

- We will create better deparments and give them separate work!

2.1 Extensive Experience in National Guard and Leadership Roles

I Started my RP some time ago and i have served in various leadership positions within National Guard, gaining valuable experience including two continuous terms as Assistant General (AG) of NG, a term as Commanding General (CG) before that, and a previous role as Chief in SAHP. Through these experiences, I have learned the inner workings of NG . My tenure in different organizations, including law enforcement and government bodies, has provide with the necessary skills to lead NG effectively.

2.2 Commitment to Enhancing NG’s Strength and Efficiency

This is now my third term on the board of NG so I have seen the good and bad. I want to make NG the best organization ever by implementing systematic training, operational effectiveness, and make sure every soldier is armed to the teeth for their task. End favoritism and make the organization fair.

2.3 Encourage a Strong and Respectful Organizational Culture

Leadership is not only about being in power. It is about developing teamwork, respect, discipline, and professionalism among NG Soldiers . If elected, I will maintain the order in our ranking system while supporting fairness, so that NG can stand strong together, with each individual contributing to the success of the team.

Part of my plan will include mandatory training courses, role-specific workshops, and leadership development programs to better equip soldiers with their responsibilities

To encourage participation and dedication, I will introduce a more fair and accurate incentive structure, including performance-based bonuses, event participation rewards

Feedback sessions will be held regularly so that concerns can be expressed, and harmony within the ranks can be maintained..

Stronger Collaborations with Other Legal Organizations: Enhancing cooperation with LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and GOV for coordinated law enforcement efforts.

Fort Zancudo Security Enhancements: Introducing vehicle restrictions and additional defenses to prevent unauthorized access.
