Life Story: Weilernut was born into a really poor family in the Netherlands his parents could barely provide food for the family which caused them to not eat on some days. One day Weilernut decided it was time for a change at the age of 18 he decided to go ahead and rob an ATM. This worked out great he made some great money from this during this time he also made connections with gangs and got some friends in particular gangs which helped him on how to rob a car he decided to test this new skill. He stole a car worth barely anything at all just to test it it went incredibly smooth. Weilernut was super happy with this new learned skill and decided it was time for a big heist and got 3 of his friends and he decided to rob a progen vehicle the owner saw this and called the cops. This resulted in a huge chase with one of his friends being shot in the chest which ended up with him dying. Weilernut barely made it away his family now being pretty rich he decided it was time to stop he was incredibly sad one of his best friends dead and he decided that it was the fault of crime he then decided it was time to stop it once and for all got a new identity and moved to Los Santos where he joined the Los Santos Police Department.
Career Story : His first days in the Los Santos Police Department went smooth making some great money and sending some back home it felt great, however the death of his friend was always bothering him but he decided to just move on and kept going becoming a better person catching criminal after criminal. He did it all joining departments he kept ranking and ranking up he was unstoppable till one day one of his old gang friends also moved to Los Santos and they met up and saw how he became a cop. The gang member actually knew something that Weilernut would have never known the one that killed his best friend was actually in the Los Santos Police Department himself now. This enraged Weilernut so much that he decided to get some new gang friends and paid them to kill him it kept failing and failing so he decided to take matters into his own hands.
Outcomes:
1) Weilernut is able to trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s to gangs ( With sufficient and realistic RP )
2) Weilernut can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
3) Weilernut can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4) Weilernut may take bribes (up to 100k & illegal items).
5) Weilernut , when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
6) Weilernut can engage in most criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat. ( not against server script highway robbing, atms)
7) Weilernut is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
