Hussein was born in South LA in a dangerous Hood known for it's bad reputation in shooting and drug dealing, His family were poor and his father was working as a cashier in a supermarket while his mother had cancer and she couldn't do any work, they didn't have enough money for the treatment of his mother, hussein was dropped from school due to money issues and his father couldn't pay the bills anymore so they decided to drop him at the age of 13, hussein started making friends with the wrong people since he was jobless and no school or anything to spend time with, one day his father was going to close the super market like usual day going home when a black cadi pulled in front of the store and 3 gunmen jump from it, they pointed guns toward his father head and asked him to give them the money in the vault, his father refused to do so and the gunmen killed him, Hussein was just a 13 year old kid when this happened and his life started to fall apart from that situation, he was sad and felt hopeless as nothing he can do, he started working with his new friend in drug dealing so he can pay his mother bills but he never forgot the people who killed his father he always wanted to get revenge for him, he had a painted picture in his room with 3 mask men pointing gun toward an innocent man so he remember his father always and one day he will get revenge for him.
Career Story: Hussein's career started as mentioned with his friend john in drug dealing and gun selling, when he turned 18 he did his first hit and run job he was in Vagos gang and he got ordered to hit a man from rival gang Hussein was afraid as he never hold a gun before but he knew if he do such a mission he will earn the trust of the gang and he will start to earn more money and selling more guns, so he decided to do it and this was his first job and he did it perfectly, the gang leader was admired of his work so decided to put Hussein incharge of the assassination team, Hussein was always using all his power to get to the people who killed his father so he can put them away but he couldn't as the sources were limited, one day he met an old guy from school his name was Michael they were chatting together and Michael mentioned he's working for the federal investigation bearu, Michael was telling Hussein stories about the raids they do and the access they have in PDA to every information they wanted. Hussein felt he needs to join FIB so he can get access to PDA and find the people who killed his father, he asked Michael if he can join the FIB and Michael was Head Of department so he can make it possible, he told him he can get him in training for 14 months then if he proof himself worthy then he can get him in FIB, Hussein did amazing job and he earned his spot in FIB and history begins with the most corrupt FIB agent, he was FIB in the morning and drug dealer at night and he got what he wanted always which to kill the people who killed his father by accessing the PDA.
Outcomes:
1- Hussein Can ask for weapons or any illegal items ( including drugs cocaine ...etc ) if he's arresting someone as a bribe, also he can ask for money ( 100k max ).
2- Hussein Can Act as a criminal and do illegal stuff such as Ghetto fighting with his family/friends.
3- Hussein Can leak information to gangs about Raids, Locations, Ghetto patrols, Ammo runs ( all leaks will be IC nothing OOC).
4- Hussein Can lie to 10-15s about calling a lawyer and can continue to process them and not showing any identification of him.
5- Hussein Can open blackmarket shops and sell the guns he obtain from criminals due to his past experience as a gun dealer ( NO org weapons ).
6- Hussein Can torture people for information, he can use truth serum for valid information ( twice per situation ).
7- Hussein Can arrest anyone from gangs or families if he dosen't like them and giving fines and fake charges ( with sufficient RP ).
8- Hussein Can search bodycams and destroy them ( using RP commands and max twice per situation ).
9- Hussein Can remove people from wanted list and clean their criminal background.
