The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Citizens have to search for family members and bring special item (fuel canister, water bottle, los santos map). Helicopter needs fuel to continue helicopter tour of the city. We will be going to three different locations and giving out 1 prize per location to whoever finds us fuel canister first. Hints of location put on Ingrand.
