I Miyamoto Musashie was born in India. My Family financial conditions were not good. One day in a lottery tickect I won USA Student Scholarship . Therefor I shifted to the city of Los Santos. After coming out of hotel I met a guy named Ankur Hellfire. He invited me to his friend group. Those were very nice people especially Rolex Hellfire , Moocool Dang and Gojo. They teached me how to make first salary of my life by working on farmlands , hotel and office. I made my first million in my first week of Los Santos. As the time flew away I made new connections and joined my first org which was NG.

When I joined NG , that time leader was Stacey Raven . I got enrolled as Seargent III I climbed up the ranks of DHOD , HOD , Commanding General , Assistant General and finally after working 4 terms in NG I became Lt. General in term of Raj Aryan. After that I got an offer from Gagz Gilgamesh ( DHS that time ) to join GOV . I joined gov as USSS Deputy Director within same term I became USSS Director . I became 6x USSS Director , 4x DHS and DG finnaly in Raj Aryan.
But I got caught in a corruption and was blacklisted from GOV. People who made a casefile against me were my own friends. Now I want to take my revenge back so I asked Gagz Matic ( Current Sheriff ) . He hired me in his org as CC of ALL. With the papers I will make sure the people who betryed me will suffer.
Outcomes:
1-Miyamoto can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not GOV items)
2- Miyamoto can take bribes from anyone , initiate jail breaks in exchange for money (up to 100k) , can take dark net contracts and become hostage. ( max 100k not more than that )
3- Miyamoto can lie about a lawyer and no need to tell him/her rights.
4- Miyamoto can do any kind of illegal activities only while off duty. (Without breaking server rules and not fighting against Leos)
5- Miyamoto have a camra in his eyes which can be connected to any data base and uploading all footage 24/7. ( Bodycam is always valid )
6- Miyamoto can refuse to show ID.
7- Due to his training and past experiences Miyamoto can easily handle 1v2 fighting situation and take a 2nd person on. ( Will show FEAR if needed )
8- Miyamoto can break the bodycam by using /try commands. (2 times maximum)
9- Miyamoto can carry his id from the locker And Radio While off duty
